It's my pleasure to personally welcome you to our store, where you will meet the team and have an amazing hour or two trying on our beautiful bridal gowns in a private first floor bridal suite. We are open by appointment only so you can have our undivided attention, which is exactly how it should be.

Your private appointment will be scheduled for around hour and a half, but can run over if you are having too much fun trying on, so always best to pay that little extra on the car parking just to be sure.

You will be asked about your wedding plans, such as when and where and if you have a vision for the style of wedding that you are planning. Don't worry if you haven't got that far yet, all brides are at different stages of their wedding journey, we just love to hear about your expectations so that we can help you along the way.

In store you will find a large selection of bridal gowns in a full range of sizes that you can try on at your leisure. There will be gowns of various silhouette like princess,fishtail, A line and trumpet, to suit all body shapes as its only by trying on that you really know what makes you feel amazing.

We also offer you a bespoke service. Maybe you have found a gown that you love but want it with sleeves, a longer train or a different neckline. Fear not the Phoenix, Danielle Couture and Envy collections are completely customisable so that you can create your very own style without compromise.

We are often asked ''How will I know when I have found the gown'' Let us tell you, everyone is different, the feeling that you have when you know something is perfect for you will be just that, a feeling.

When you wear a gown that makes you feel good, you wear it well, your body language changes, you stand taller, you swish the gown and you run your hands over it, you may even feel like shedding a happy tear or two, tissues are provided LOL. Its magical and you will know, we promise.

Some Brides know instantly that they have found their gown, sometimes you need to think about it a little more, whatever you decide to do we are never going to pressure you,it's a big decision. You're welcome to come back as many times as you need to be sure you are happy. You will know when it's the right time to say ''YES''.

So you have said ''YES'' to the dress. Amazing, we are so excited for you. If you want to, you are welcome to take pictures and videos so that you can look back over the coming months and relive the whole experience again and again.

This is where it gets really easy. You have had the fun and done the hard work. Basically we do everything else for you, keeping you informed every step of the way.

You will be advised when your gown has been ordered and when you can expect delivery, we contact you as your gown arrives so that you can try on and then arrange an appointment for your fittings. This leaves you to get on with the rest of the wedding planning knowing that your gown is in safe hands.

Most brides need alterations. Gowns are ordered in standard sizes with standard lengths and as everyone's shape and height is different, we offer an optional in house alteration service. With over 25 years experience, your gown will be tailored perfectly to you as close to the wedding date as you wish, just allowing for any minor fluctuations. This is when a gown becomes your gown, expertly fitted to you and perfect in every way ready for the big day.

Once your gown has been fitted and you are happy, we will store the gown for you free of charge until you are ready to collect, which can be the day before if you wish. Gowns are placed in a Dream Days cover so that you cannot see inside, which allows you to get the gown home and ready to wear without spoiling the surprise and anyone seeing the gown that shouldn't.

If you are getting married abroad, you can also have your gown expertly packed into a special dream days wedding carton. There are two sizes, the smaller of which is a standard cabin size box which will allow you to take your gown with you on board or we can pack the gown free of charge into your own carton or case, if you prefer.

After the wedding we also offer a cleaning service so that you can have your gown cleaned, packed in acid free tissue and boxed, to keep forever. This also give you a chance to share your wedding pictures, which is always so much fun for us to see you on your big day.
